NCFE and mental health charity, Tyneside Mind, have worked collaboratively to develop the Level 3 Certificate in Understanding Mental Health. Tyneside Mind attended a scoping day and provided a Skills Funding Agency letter of support to ensure that everything included in the qualification is relevant, up-to-date, and will give learners the knowledge they need to work in the mental health sector.
