Charlotte has 11 years of experience working in Further Education and Apprenticeship delivery. Supporting and advising Colleges and Private Training Providers throughout the UK with extensive employer engagement working with clients across Health, Social Care, Management, Early Years, Dentistry and Construction. Charlotte prides herself on understanding the need and aligning apprentices to complement and enhance organisations goals. Charlotte has significant experience in education policy, the Apprenticeship Levy and multiple funding channels such as, the Apprenticeship Reforms, Adult Education Budget, European Social Fund and Education Funding Agency and holds the knowledge and skills to help you navigate your Apprenticeship Levy opportunity.
